Israel Business Today - Teva drug approval.(Teva Pharmaceutical Industries)

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (NASDAQ-TEVIY) of Jerusalem announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Teva’s sixth drug application in 1995. The application permits Teva to manufacture and market Nortriptyline Hydrochloride capsules. Nortriptyline is a generic equivalent of Sandoz’ antidepressant product, Pamelor. Teva reported that several generic equivalents of Nortriptyline already are available.
